  • Serve as a subject-matter expert on SAP and SuccessFactors, overseeing integrations, system enhancements, reporting capabilities, data flows, security, and the evolution of the HR technology ecosystem in alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives involving HR, Technology, Budget, and other business areas, including workforce planning, budget and resource analytics, organizational projections, and integrated reporting to support enterprise-level planning and decision making.
  • Develop and oversee workforce intelligence solutions that integrate HR, financial, organizational, and operational data to provide a comprehensive view of workforce trends, resource allocation, budget execution, and future workforce needs.
  • Establish and enforce data governance, data quality, privacy, security, and access management practices across HR technology and analytics environments, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and appropriate protection of sensitive personnel information.
