As Campaign Manager at Interactive Paper, you will look after our key accounts: top international companies including brands like Samsung, Pfizer, Ford, Oracle, and EY. You will be in direct contact with the marketing directors of these brands and take full responsibility for planning, managing and optimizing successful advertising campaigns.
We are seeking a candidate with advanced English and German proficiency, as the role primarily involves engaging with international clients.
Tasks
Key Account Management: Acting as the main point of contact for our key accounts and building long-term, trusted relationships with their marketing teams.
Client Advisory & Strategy: Advising and supporting our clients in developing and implementing marketing strategies using interactive media and digital tools.
Campaign Planning & Execution: Planning and coordinating campaigns from briefing to launch, together with our internal team and production partners.
Concept & Analysis: Analyzing the business objectives and target audiences of our clients and translating them into effective interactive campaigns.
Internal Collaboration: Working closely with our developers, analysts and production partners to deliver on client goals.
Workshops & Training: Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients on product usage and best practices.
Project & Task Management: End-to-end management of client projects, timelines and deliverables.
Campaign Optimization: Continuously analyzing and optimizing ongoing campaigns to maximize ROI and client satisfaction.
Requirements
Fluent in English and German (both spoken and written).
Key Account Experience: Proven experience managing client relationships, ideally with larger accounts, in consulting, agency, customer success or marketing.
Campaign Know-how: Experience planning and running marketing campaigns, ideally for international brands.
Client-Facing & Communicative: Confident communicating with senior marketing stakeholders.
Exceptional Task Management: Strong organizational talent to balance multiple clients, projects and deadlines.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Excellent analytical skills paired with an eye for detail.
Benefits
A full-time position with a salary of €43,000 to €50,000 gross
An individual bonus of up to €6,000 per year
A team bonus of up to €10,000 per year
