  • Vorbereitung von Rohren (entfetten, schleifen und grundieren)
  • Heißgummieren mit Extruder (Streifen)
  • Kaltgummierung (kleben, schneiden, nacharbeiten)
  • Heißgummieren mit TRB (Platten)
  • Autoclaven bedienen
  • PU Produktion Weiterverarbeitung
  • Vorschleifen von Rohren (Bedienung TOS / Mexpol 500)
  • Schleifen von Rohren (Bedienung Mexpol 630)
  • Nuten machen (Bedienung Mexpol 500 / Thermocutter)
  • Profilieren (Bedienung RT3000)
  • Störung/Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten nach Plänen durchführen
  • Buchungen fertiger Produktionsaufträge und Schrott melden (PARETO)
  • Produktionssteuerung & Vorbereitung
  • Aushilfstätigkeiten in anderen Bereichen

Was bringe ich mit?

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker
  • Erfahrung in der Bedienung, Einrichtung und Programmierung von CNC-Maschinen
  • Erfahrung im Arbeiten mit konventionellen Dreh-Maschinen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Gummi
  • Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen und Messmitteln
  • Sorgfältige, selbstständige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick
  • Bereitschaft zu Arbeit im Zwei-/ Drei-Schichtsystem
