Senior Business Transformation Advisor - Planning & Materials Management

Why This Role Matters

As a Business Transformation Advisor, you will independently lead sub-projects within the Transformation Management department. You bring expertise in project management, process optimization, and functional specifications, with a strong focus on improving procurement, sourcing, and supply chain planning processes. Your technical capabilities in ERP and planning systems help elevate upstream supply chain performance.

Your Role at Intersnack

• Manage sub-projects within broader transformation initiatives

• Represent Business Transformation in discussions with Management Units, Group Functions, and external partners

• Develop functional specifications, process improvements, and organizational designs

• Drive ERP-related improvements in planning, scheduling, MRP, and procurement (MM), including configuration and testing

• Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure alignment and adoption of new standards

• Perform hands-on validation, testing, data analysis, and issue resolution

• Expand knowledge into adjacent areas (manufacturing, order-to-cash, quality, commercials, finance)

• Mentor junior team members

Requirements

Education

• University degree in Business Administration, STEM, or related fields

Experience

• Several years in business transformation, project management, or consulting

• Proven ERP configuration experience in planning-related areas (Supply Planning, Scheduling, MRP, Procurement/MM)

• Experience managing cross-functional projects and implementing new processes or IT solutions

• Strong collaboration with diverse stakeholder groups

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Technical expertise in at least two areas: Demand Planning, Production Scheduling, Procurement, Supply Planning & MRP, Workforce Planning,

• Additional strengths in project management, change management, stakeholder management

• Hands-on mindset for testing, data analysis, and issue resolution

• Willingness to learn adjacent business areas

• Clear and effective communication in English

• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, SharePoint)

• Willingness to travel approx. 4 days/week
