Position Overview

We are looking for a Manager - Sales Operations to support our revenue organization through data-driven insights, sales performance analysis, reporting, and operational excellence. This role will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Business teams to improve sales productivity, forecasting accuracy, funnel visibility, and decision-making.

The ideal candidate has experience working in high-growth EdTech, SaaS, or inside-sales driven organizations and possesses strong analytical capabilities, CRM expertise, and a passion for translating data into actionable business insights.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports to track sales performance and business KPIs.

• Analyze sales funnel metrics, conversion rates, productivity trends, and revenue performance to identify improvement opportunities.

• Support sales forecasting, target tracking, business reviews, and leadership reporting.

• Own CRM data quality, reporting accuracy, and sales process governance.

• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) on sales performance gaps, lead management issues, and operational bottlenecks.

• Support webinar, event, and sales enablement operations, including performance tracking, attendance analysis, and operational reporting where required.

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Business teams to drive data-backed decision-making and process improvements.

• Create and automate recurring reports to improve visibility and operational efficiency.

What Would Excite Us?

• 4-8 years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, Business Analytics, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations.

• Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, B2C Sales, or high-volume inside sales environments.

• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data analysis.

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar reporting tools.

• Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LeadSquared, or equivalent systems.

• Strong understanding of sales funnels, forecasting, KPI tracking, conversion analysis, and business performance metrics.

• Experience conducting root cause analysis and presenting recommendations to business stakeholders.
