Management Trainee Officer - HR

The Management Trainee Officer - HR Learning & Development will support the Learning & Development team in planning, coordinating, and executing training initiatives, employee engagement activities, and HR development projects. The role is designed to provide practical exposure to HR functions while developing future HR professionals

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and coordinating training programs across departments.
• Support training logistics, including venue arrangements, attendance management, and training materials.
• Maintain training records, databases, and employee learning documentation.
• Assist in preparing training calendars, presentations, reports, and evaluation summaries.
• Coordinate with internal trainers and department representatives for training schedules.
• Support employee engagement activities, awareness campaigns, and organizational events.
• Assist in conducting Pre & Post-training feedback collection and data compilation.
• Help monitor training completion and maintain compliance records.
• Provide administrative support for HR development initiatives and projects.
• Perform other Learning & Development and HR-related assignments as delegated by the supervisor

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good presentation and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in AI, Microsoft Office.
• Eagerness to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good analytical and organizational skills.
