What You ‘ll Be Doing
- Preparing bid specifications and issuing bid requests to several vendors and suppliers.
- Evaluating approved suppliers and negotiating price, delivery and quality of products.
- Sourcing new products and alternative suppliers.
- Negotiating with suppliers regarding damage claims, rejections, losses, return of materials, over-shipments, cancellations etc.
- Identifying and recommending opportunities that bring innovation, cost efficiencies and optimize service and quality.
- Solving problems regarding orders in an efficient and timely manner.

Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Cost Analysis.
- Experience in preparing costing files, price analyses, and supplier quotations.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- At least 4 years of proven working experience in Procurement or Supply Chain.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek.
Desired:
- Master’s Degree will be considered a plus.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering
- Understanding of Hardware/Electronics is desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP ERP.
