Full - Stack Developer

We are looking for an experienced Full-stack Developer with strong hands-on expertise in. NET, React, and AWS to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5+ years of relevant full-stack development experience, with a strong understanding of modern application development, cloud technologies, and scalable enterprise systems. Candidates with prior experience working in FinTech/BFSI environments and directly supporting or collaborating with US-based clients will be highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using. NET/. NET Core and React.
• Develop robust and reusable backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js .
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using AWS services.
• Work with databases, write optimized queries, and ensure efficient data management.
• Integrate third-party APIs and enterprise systems.
• Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide effective production support.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Follow clean coding practices, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Collaborate with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.
• Work closely with US-based clients/stakeholders, understand requirements, and provide technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• . NET Core, C#, React.js, AWS, REST APIs, SQL Server, FinTech/BFSI, US Client Exposure.

Backend:

• Strong hands-on experience with C# and. NET/. NET Core.
• Strong experience developing REST APIs.
• Knowledge of ASP. NET Core.
• Experience with microservices architecture is preferred.
• Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns.

Frontend:

• Strong hands-on experience with React.js .
• Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript.
• HTML5 CSS3 and responsive web development.
• Experience with state management and modern React development practices.

CloudAWS:

• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Good understanding of services such as EC2 S3 Lambda, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and IAM.
• Understanding of cloud deployment, monitoring, security, and scalability.

Database:

• Strong experience with SQL Server.
• Good understanding of database design, queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases is an added advantage.

Development and DevOps:

• Git / GitHub / GitLab / Bitbucket.
• CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of Docker and containerization is preferred.
• Agile/Scrum development methodology.

Preferred Domain Experience:

• Candidates with experience in FinTech / BFSI will be given preference.
• Experience with any of the following is an added advantage: digital banking, payments, lending, credit/underwriting platforms, financial services applications, insurance technology, investment/wealth management platforms, banking APIs and integrations, Regulatory/compliance-driven applications.
• US client exposure is preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates who have:

• Worked directly with US-based clients or stakeholders.
• Experience gathering requirements from US clients.
• Participated in client calls and technical discussions.
• Experience working in offshore/onsite or global delivery models.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
