Restructuring Call Center Agent

Are you our new Restructuring Agent?

As a Restructuring Agent at Portfolios Restructuring Department at Intrum in Athens you will assist debtors in managing and resolving their outstanding debts by negotiating and implementing effective debt restructuring solutions.

What will you do:

• Contribute to the company's strategic goals by ensuring effective debt collection and restructuring.
• Communicate directly with debtors via Dialer to achieve debt settlements, through collection, restructuring, or other consensual solutions.
• Advise customers on necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.
• Negotiate and support optimal solutions for all stakeholders involved.
• Ensure debtors have a positive experience when communicating with Intrum by following best practices.
• Manage supporting documents from debtors to facilitate settlement and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Coordinate the restructuring process using the company’s systems (EFS, ICE, LS, EQUATION, VELTI, NPV_RETAIL_AFS).
• Meet production goals, including applications, implementations, cash collected, and individual/team/departmenttargets.
