We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Modern Workplace & AI Developer to join our Professional Services team. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals dedicated to leveraging cutting-edge Microsoft technologies to enhance workplace productivity and empower users through AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement AI Copilot capabilities to enhance productivity, collaboration, and business efficiency.
• Integrate Generative AI and Copilot experiences into existing business applications and workflows.
• Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
• Leverage Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Azure services to build scalable and secure workplace applications.
• Collaborate closely with clients to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality implementations.
• Ensure solutions comply with best practices, security standards, and organizational policies.
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and internal teams.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in Microsoft technologies and AI to continuously enhance solution offerings.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, security practices, and application lifecycle management.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage complex projects.
• Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in developing and deploying Microsoft Modern Workplace solutions.
• Expertise with Microsoft 365 suite, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), Azure services, and AI technologies including AI Copilot integration.
• Good understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and SQL query development, preferably with hands-on experience in Azure SQL, SQL Server, or Dataverse
• Relevant Microsoft certifications.
• Proactive attitude with a continuous learning mindset and attention to detail.
