Job Description
We are seeking an Associate to support the APAC Real Estate Strategic Analytics team. The role offers broad exposure to APAC real estate research and investment strategy through ownership of core market datasets, investment research, while supporting house view development, investor communication materials and selected analytics initiatives.
The successful candidate will help strengthen the quality, consistency and accessibility of APAC market intelligence across the platform. The role will also contribute to the practical application of AI, automation and analytics tools to improve research workflows, data management and knowledge sharing.
Key responsibilities
Maintain, reconcile and quality-check market data, drawing on both proprietary and third-party sources.
Produce recurring analytics, charts, dashboards and market intelligence that support APAC research and investment activities.
Maintain data libraries, templates, trackers and reporting processes to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
Support the preparation of APAC house views, Investment Strategy Group discussion materials and selected investor-facing content.
Assist with market forecasts and thematic research across key APAC markets.
Support day-to-day market coverage and research execution across the region.
Contribute to the adoption of AI, automation and analytics tools to enhance research efficiency, data management and knowledge sharing.
Undertake ad hoc analysis and strategic projects in response to evolving business needs.
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, data analytics or a related discipline.
2-4 years of relevant experience in real estate, investment management, research, analytics, consulting or similar analytical environment.
Strong Excel and data management skills, with the ability to work accurately with large and complex datasets.
Strong attention to detail and a disciplined approach to data quality, documentation and process management.
Ability to produce clear, well-structured analyses, presentations and research materials for different audiences.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage recurring deliverables while balancing ad hoc requests.
Demonstrates initiative, a continuous improvement mindset, and an interest in applying technology and AI tools to enhance productivity and workflows.
Preferred experience
Experience working with real estate market data, investment research or market intelligence.
Exposure to forecasting, scenario analysis, dashboards or performance reporting.
Familiarity with Power BI, Python, SQL or other analytics and data visualization tools.
Experience using AI-enabled research, productivity or workflow automation tools.
