    • Support root cause analysis and ensure findings are clearly documented

    Data Analysis and Insight Generation

    • Work with datasets, such as trades, holdings, restrictions, breaches, or similar operational data, to identify trends and issues

    • Use tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or AI-enabled productivity tools to support analysis and insight generation

    • Link analysis to business outcomes, operational effectiveness, and potential control impacts

    Communication and Documentation

    • Communicate findings, issues, and recommendations in a clear and structured way

    • Produce well organized documentation to support requirements, analysis, testing, and delivery

    • Contribute presentations, updates, and supporting materials for stakeholders

    Requirements and Change Delivery

    • Support gathering, documentation, and validation of business requirements

    • Assist with traceability of requirements and outputs with stakeholders and project teams

    • Contribute to testing activities, including UAT support, test case preparation, validation, and issue tracking

    Process Improvement and Change Support

    • Identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and ways of working

    • Support implementation of improvements through structured change activity

    • Contribute to tool, reporting, and process enhancements across the IC function

    Tools, Automation and AI Adoption

    • Support enhancements to dashboards, reporting, knowledge management, and workflow tools used by the IC function

    • Use AI tools responsibly to improve efficiency in analysis, documentation, and repetitive tasks, with appropriate review and governance

    • Help identify opportunities for automation and better use of data across the team

    Requirements of the Role:

    • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience in a related field

    • Demonstrable ability to analyze problems, structure thinking, and contribute to practical solutions, gained through academic work, internships, apprenticeships, part time roles, or early career experience

    • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Python, or similar, or the ability to learn quickly and use AI tools to support analysis and documentation

    • Experience contributing to projects, structured deliverables, or team-based outcomes

    • Exposure to testing activities, validating outputs, or understanding of structured testing approaches

    • Evidence of curiosity, a growth mindset, and self-directed learning, including learning new tools, skills, or concepts and applying them in practice to improve outcomes
