Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Research & Strategic Projects
Compile industry research and market intelligence for senior management.
Support preparation of presentations for investors, management committees, and business reviews.
Assist with fundraising, product development, and strategic planning initiatives.
Participate in special projects relating to ESG, data analytics, and market opportunities.
2. Fund & Portfolio Management
Assist in monitoring portfolio performance across APAC investments.
Support quarterly portfolio reporting, AUM analysis, and investor reporting processes.
Help track key asset management metrics including occupancy, rental growth, leasing activity, valuations, and capital expenditure.
3. Investment & Financial Analysis
Assist with financial modelling and investment underwriting for potential acquisitions and developments.
Conduct market research on sector fundamentals, supply-demand dynamics, rental trends, and transaction activity.
Prepare investment memoranda, presentation materials, and supporting analysis for internal discussions.
Qualifications&Requirements:
PursuingorrecentlygraduatedwithadegreeinFinance,Economics,Business,Accounting,Mathematics,Statistics,orarelateddiscipline.
Priorinternshipexperienceinassetmanagement,wealthmanagement,investmentbanking,research,consulting,orbroaderfinancialservicesispreferred.
Abletocommittoafull-timeinternshipfromJanuarytoMarch2027.
Goodunderstandingoffinancialmarkets,investmentproducts,andbasicportfolioconcepts.
Strongwrittenandverbalcommunicationskills.
Stronganalyticalandquantitativeskills,withtheabilitytointerpretfinancialdataandinformation.
ProficientinMicrosoftExcelandPowerPoint.
Highlyorganized,withstrongattentiontodetailandaccuracy,andtheabilitytomanagemultipleprioritieseffectively.
