Job Description

The position is to lead content strategy across Asia, setting the strategic direction for marketing content creation, digital-first storytelling, and execution across business channels including institutional, retail, insurance, pensions, private banks and other key segments.

Key Responsibilities / Duties:

• DevelopandexecuteAsia'scontentstrategyacrossequities,fixedincome,alternatives,multi-asset,andmacrothemes.

• Leadthecreationofinvestmentmarketingcontentacrossdigital,social,web,video,email,presentations,andsalesmaterials.

• Drivecontentcampaigns,productlaunches,thoughtleadership,andmarketeventcommunications.

• Partnerwithsalesteamstodeliverclient-focusedcontentandtoolsthatsupportbusinessgrowth.

• Leadanddevelopahigh-performingcontentteam,settingprioritiesandensuringqualityexecution.

• Manageseniorstakeholdersacrossmarketing,product,sales,compliance,technology,andoperations.

• Improve content governance, workflows, efficiency,andadoptionoftechnologyandautomation.

• Monitorcontentperformanceanduseinsightstooptimizestrategyandexecution.

• RepresentAPAConglobalcontentandmarketinginitiatives.

Requirements

• 8-10+years'experienceincontentmarketing,investmentcommunications,productmarketing,orrelatedfinancialservicesroles.

• Bachelor'sdegreeinBusiness,Finance,Marketing,Communications,orrelatedfield.

• MBAand/orCFApreferred.

• FluentinEnglish,Cantonese,andMandarin.

• Bloomberg, Morningstar and other data platforms experience a plus.

• Advanced skills in MS Office including Word and PowerPoint.

• Provenpeopleleadershipandstakeholdermanagementexperience.

• Strongunderstandingofinvestmentproducts,markets,andfinancialcommunications.

• Experiencedevelopingcontentstrategiesanddeliveringmulti-channelmarketingcampaigns.

• Excellentwriting,editing,storytelling,andpresentationskills.

• Strongprojectmanagement,commercialjudgment,andprioritizationskills.

• Interestindigitalinnovation,AI,automation,andcontenttechnologysolutions.
