Manual QA Engineer

We’re looking for a Manual QA Engineer to collaborate with us part-time and help deliver reliable, high-quality Web and Mobile applications across iOS and Android.

We’re looking for someone who goes beyond checking boxes - a QA professional who understands product behavior, spots potential risks before they become problems, and takes ownership of quality from the first test to release.

Requirements
4+ years of commercial Manual QA experience.
Intermediate level of English or higher (both spoken and written)
Hands-on experience testing Web applications and Mobile apps on both iOS and Android.
Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC, and the end-to-end testing lifecycle.
Experience with functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, and exploratory testing, including cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
Practical REST API testing using Postman or similar tools, including HTTP methods, status codes, authentication, and response validation.
Strong knowledge of test design techniques, test documentation, defect lifecycle, and bug reporting.
Ability to identify risks, perform basic performance and load testing, and use AI tools to improve QA efficiency.

Nice to Have
Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter) and basic SQL/database testing.
Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Qase) and test automation principles.

Responsibilities
Own the testing process for Web and Mobile applications across iOS and Android, from test planning to release readiness.
Ensure product quality by executing functional, regression, smoke, sanity, integration, exploratory, and basic performance testing.
Validate APIs and system behavior using Postman or similar tools, identify issues, and ensure expected results.
Own test documentation and defect management by maintaining clear test cases, checklists, and reports, and tracking issues through resolution.
Drive quality decisions and release readiness by proactively identifying risks, communicating results, managing priorities independently, and using AI tools to improve testing efficiency.
