We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Credit Controller to join our Finance team. If you have a strong background in credit control, excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive customer relationships while ensuring effective debt management, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Manage and proactively monitor customer accounts.
Follow up on overdue accounts and drive timely collections.
Perform account reconciliations and efficiently resolve account queries.
Prepare debtor reports and age analysis.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring adherence to credit policies.
Contribute to reducing overdue debt and improving cash flow.
Minimum Requirements
Matric / Grade 12.
3-5 years’ experience in Credit Control or Accounts Receivable.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
