Deine Aufgaben

  • Verantwortlichkeit für den Betrieb von Windows-Servern, Netzwerken und Cloud-Umgebungen (Azure, AWS), die Optimierung der Systemleistung sowie die Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und Berechtigungen (Microsoft AD, Entra-ID, PAM, IAM)
  • Als 3rd Level Zuständigkeit, Fehlerbehebung und Unterstützung des 1st/2nd Levels für Hardware und Software auf Basis von Windows Betriebssystemen nach ITIL Best-Practices
  • Erhöhung der Systemsicherheit durch die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Sicherheitsrichtlinien, Gruppenrichtlinien und Patch-Management mithilfe der UEM-Lösung
  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Aufgaben durch Skripterstellung (z. B. PowerShell, Ansible)
  • Überwachung der Systemleistung und Verfügbarkeit mittels Monitoring-Tools
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen, einschließlich Betriebsanleitungen und Sicherheitsrichtlinien (ISO27001, TISAX, NIS2)
  • Eigenständige Durchführung kleiner Teilprojekte (Updates, Migrationen) und größerer Projekte (Herstellerauswahl, Toolauswahl, Designs und Implementierungen)

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker*in, Schwerpunkt Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, gerne auch Quereinsteiger. Entsprechende Berufserfahrung von min. 5 Jahren empfohlen.
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Verwaltung von Windows-Systemen und -Servern
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Konfiguration und Verwaltung von Netzwerken
  • Erfahrung mit Scripting und Automatisierungstools, vorzugsweise PowerShell
  • Kenntnisse in der Sicherheitskonfiguration und -überwachung von Windows-Systemen
  • Erfahrung im Management von Cloud Umgebungen (Azure, AWS) sind ein Plus
  • Einschlägige Kenntnisse im Umfeld von ISO 27001, TISAX, NIS2 sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrungen mit ITIL v3/v4 sind wünschenswert, gerne auch PRINCE 2 oder PMP
  • Teamfähigkeit und ausgezeichnete Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Selbstmotiviert und die Fähigkeit, eigenständig zu arbeiten
  • Sichere Verständigung auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
