Job Overview :

iPivot is looking for a senior Oracle Cloud Project Portfolio Management (PPM) professional with strong functional consulting, implementation, and solution design expertise.

The role involves leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations, facilitating client workshops, translating business requirements into scalable functional solutions, and providing guidance on project-to-profit business processes.

The successful candidate will also contribute to presales activities, solution proposals, client presentations, team leadership, and implementation best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

Oracle Cloud PPM Implementation and Solution Design :

- Lead functional implementation activities across Oracle Cloud PPM modules, including Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Management, and Project Resource Management.

- Lead at least three end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations as a functional consultant.

- Conduct client workshops to gather business requirements, assess existing processes, and define future-state solutions.

- Translate business requirements into functional designs, application configurations, and implementation plans.

- Provide expert guidance on project-to-profit processes, project financial management, cost allocation, billing, and resource management.

- Recommend Oracle Cloud PPM best practices and scalable solutions aligned with client business objectives.

Project Delivery and Leadership :

- Lead functional workstreams and coordinate with technical teams, integration specialists, data migration teams, and business stakeholders.

- Guide project teams on implementation standards, configuration decisions, delivery risks, and issue resolution.

- Apply Cloud Agile methodologies to implementation planning, sprint execution, testing, and delivery.

- Manage data conversion activities, functional validation, system integration testing, and end-to-end testing.

- Identify implementation risks and dependencies and ensure timely resolution of functional issues.

- Maintain functional specifications, solution design documents, configuration records, and implementation documentation.

Cross-Module Integration :

- Understand and validate integration requirements between Oracle PPM and Oracle Payables (AP), Procurement, Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), Receivables (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and General Ledger (GL).

- Coordinate with relevant functional teams to ensure accurate project cost capture, accounting, billing, and financial reconciliation.

- Support solution validation for project-driven supply chain and related financial processes where applicable.

Presales and Client Engagement :

- Participate in presales activities, solutioning discussions, proposals, and client presentations.

- Lead or contribute to client orals, functional demonstrations, and solution walkthroughs.

- Provide insights into industry trends, Oracle Cloud capabilities, implementation approaches, and business process improvements.

- Support go-to-market initiatives through reusable solution approaches, functional accelerators, and implementation best practices.

- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and communicate solution recommendations effectively.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- Strong functional consulting experience in Oracle Cloud PPM.

- Hands-on implementation expertise in :

1. Project Foundation

2. Oracle Project Costing

3. Oracle Project Billing

4. Oracle Project Management

5. Oracle Project Resource Management

- Experience leading at least three end-to-end Oracle Cloud PPM implementations.

- Strong understanding of project-to-profit business processes and project financial management.

- Experience in business requirements gathering, solution design, functional configuration, and implementation delivery.

- Knowledge of data conversion, system integration testing, end-to-end testing, and Cloud Agile delivery methodologies.

- Understanding of integration touchpoints with AP, Procurement, OTL, AR, FA, and GL.

- Demonstrated leadership in functional workstreams, client workshops, and stakeholder management.

- Experience contributing to presales, solutioning, and client presentations.

Good to Have :

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials, including AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management.

- Exposure to project-driven supply chain processes.

- Knowledge of Oracle Grants Accounting.

- Experience developing reusable implementation assets and solution accelerators.

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud implementation methodologies and industry-specific best practices.

Ideal Candidate :

- A senior Oracle Cloud PPM functional consultant with a strong record of successful implementations, excellent solution design capabilities, and the ability to lead client engagements from requirements discovery through deployment.

- The candidate should combine deep Oracle PPM knowledge with consulting leadership, presales participation, and cross-functional coordination.

- Mandatory focus : Oracle Cloud PPM implementation experience, at least three end-to-end implementations, and strong functional expertise in Project Foundation, Project Costing, and Project Billing
