VIP Sales Manager

We are a fast-growing international iGaming company with 1000+ professionals and a portfolio of successful projects operating across Tier 1-3 markets worldwide.

Right now, we are expanding our VIP Department and looking for a result-oriented VIP Manager who knows how to build strong client relationships, increase player activity, and consistently achieve performance targets.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, sales, competition, and working in a KPI-driven environment where results directly impact earnings.

About the Role

As a VIP Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of VIP players, maintaining long-term relationships, increasing player engagement, and driving revenue through effective communication and personalized offers. This position has a strong focus on performance, activity, and achieving business targets.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP players
• Communicate with clients via phone, messengers, and email
• Increase player activity, deposits, and overall engagement
• Achieve individual KPI and revenue targets
• Develop personalized offers and retention strategies
• Reactivate inactive VIP players
• Monitor client activity and identify growth opportunities
• Work closely with internal teams to improve the player experience
• Maintain accurate records and reporting in CRM systems

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in VIP Management, Retention, Sales, or Customer-facing roles
• Experience in iGaming, Betting, Forex, Crypto, Fintech, or other performance-driven industries will be an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-oriented mindset and ability to influence customer decisions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and KPI-driven environment
• High level of self-motivation and stress resistance
• Russian - fluent
• English will be an advantage
