Junior Purchasing Manager

Your mission

• Disposition: You independently carry out the disposition of defined product groups and suppliers. In doing so, you always keep an eye on our cost, availability and turnover targets. In addition, you take on tasks in the area of contract management and independently carry out one-off special procurements.
• Supplier management: You independently obtain offers from various suppliers, compare them with each other and finally negotiate the contracts with suppliers and service providers.
• Procurement development: You are an active member in the continuous development of our premium assortments and thus contribute significantly to the corporate and competitive success of IPO Solutions.
• Procurement controlling: As Procurement Controller you are responsible for controlling and maintaining master data and order parameters in our ERP system. In the context of contract negotiations with suppliers and service providers, you are also responsible for monitoring the agreed annual targets, thus ensuring a smooth procurement process.

Your profile

• You are a young purchasing professional or would like to become a professional, know relevant procurement techniques and argue convincingly in negotiations. You have a degree in business administration, industrial engineering, acompleted vocational training or a comparable qualification.
• You actively contribute, are confident in dealing with your business partners and independently look after our suppliers at eye level - in German andEnglish.
• You are confident in using ERP systems, Microsoft Office and common communication and collaboration tools.
• Due to your quick perception, you quickly recognise theessentials and develop top solutions with the help of your conscientious and organised way of working.
• You see yourself as an open and outgoing team player.
