Ищем Principal Engineer для развития и технического лидерства в кредитной платформе. Роль предполагает ownership сложных кросс-командных инициатив, архитектурных решений и Production readiness.

Что предстоит делать:

  • Проектировать и развивать архитектуру распределённых систем и микросервисов.
  • Обеспечивать согласованность интеграций, API-контрактов и границ сервисов.
  • Оценивать технические риски изменений и при необходимости блокировать решения с неприемлемым риском.
  • Вести сложные кросс-командные инициативы от декомпозиции до Production.
  • Определять требования к тестированию, rollout/rollback и эксплуатационной готовности.
  • Развивать инженерные стандарты: code review, качество кода, тестируемость, observability, security.
  • Менторить Senior/Middle инженеров и участвовать в техническом hiring.
  • Участвовать в RCA сложных инцидентов и формировать corrective actions.
  • Взаимодействовать с Product, Risk, Delivery, Infrastructure, DevOps и Security.
  • Инициировать ADR, architectural review и technical spike.

Что важно:

  • От 6 лет опыта в backend/software engineering.
  • Сильный опыт с Java и/или смежным backend-стеком.
  • Глубокое понимание микросервисной архитектуры, интеграций и API.
  • Опыт модернизации legacy/platform-систем, желательно в банковском/финансовом контуре.
  • Опыт работы с OpenShift, CI/CD, DevOps.
  • Знание observability: logging, tracing, CorrelationId, monitoring, alerting.
  • Понимание информационной безопасности, защиты ПДн и работы с тестовыми стендами.
  • Опыт technical ownership и менторинга инженеров.
  • Понимание кредитного домена: origination, scoring/presсoring, DMS, каналы - будет преимуществом.
