Обязанности:
  • Управление продажами и обслуживанием клиентов МСБ.
  • Выполнение KPI: рост клиентской базы, кредитного портфеля, активности и удержания.
  • Контроль всей воронки продаж: лид - анализ - выдача - сопровождение.
  • Участие во встречах со сложными клиентами и принятие управленческих решений.
  • Управление командой: постановка задач, развитие, корректировка мотивации.
  • Взаимодействие с региональными менеджерами, продуктовыми и риск-подразделениями.
  • Предоставление обратной связи по продуктам и процессам для улучшения результатов.

Требования:

  • Высшее образование (финансы / экономика).
  • Опыт работы 3+ лет в банковской сфере, знание сегмента МСБ.
  • Сильные навыки продаж, переговоров, анализа и управления командой
