Internship Content Creator Intern

IPS Software Sdn. Bhd. is a software development company that builds customised websites, mobile applications and management systems for businesses.

We are looking for a creative intern who enjoys storytelling, filming and video editing. You will work with our team to create engaging content about our company, projects, workplace and other relevant topics.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm creative ideas for short videos, social media content and short dramas.
• Assist in planning storylines, scripts, scenes and shooting schedules.
• Film videos using a smartphone or camera.
• Generating & editing AI short drama.
• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other platforms.
• Add subtitles, music, transitions and basic visual effects.
• Assist in producing behind-the-scenes, company culture and educational content.
• Research social media trends and suggest content ideas suitable for the company.
• Coordinate with team members during video shoots.
• Organise video files and assist with content revisions.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Multimedia, Mass Communication, Film, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Interested in content creation, video production and short dramas.
• Basic video editing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro or similar tools.
• Able to assist with filming using a smartphone or camera.
• Creative, open to feedback and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Personal projects, university assignments and social media videos are welcome as work samples.
