Engineering & EHS Director

Dublin, Ireland | Hybrid

Are you ready to help shape the future of our Dublin site?

We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our Site Leadership Team as Engineering & EHS Director. This is a unique opportunity to lead engineering, facilities, maintenance, utilities, environmental health and safety, and IT/OT oversight while driving operational excellence, sustainability and long-term site capability.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will have a direct impact on site performance, ensuring our infrastructure, systems and investment plans enable the safe, reliable and efficient delivery of medicines to patients. You will lead talented teams, champion a culture of safety and accountability, and help position the site for future growth.

What you'll do

  • Lead Engineering, Facilities and EHS functions to support safe, compliant and efficient operations.
  • Drive operational excellence through reliability, performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee site infrastructure, utilities, maintenance systems and facilities to ensure business continuity and operational readiness.
  • Lead capital investment programmes aligned with site strategy, sustainability ambitions and future growth.
  • Build, develop and inspire high-performing teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Champion environmental, health and safety excellence across the site.
  • Partner with local and global stakeholders to deliver strategic objectives and long-term value.
  • Strengthen risk management and business continuity capabilities across the organisation.

What you'll bring

  • Significant leadership experience within pharmaceutical engineering and manufacturing environments.
  • Expertise in engineering, maintenance, reliability and capital project delivery.
  • A proven track record of leading complex teams and developing future leaders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, financial management and operational leadership capability.
  • The ability to influence across functions and drive results in a highly regulated environment.
