Job Description:

• Drive from strategy to tactics and develop strategic tactics and programs
• Build up and manage national / regional stakeholders, including but not limited to KOLs, regional Health authorities, key users of central cities and key cities
• Develop / Design / update promotional tools such as promotional deck and brochures
• Deliver brand differentiation and compelling value proposition
• Partner with cross-functions to make an alignment on brand strategy and implementation effectiveness
• Support brand budgeting and control
• Develop training material such as role play script, selling story script, objection handling, and provide SF training and new reps orientation training
• Coordinate developing and tracking KAM for SF
• Guide / partner with regional MKT and SF team to execute promotional activities; Develop business impact metrics and monitor impact tracking
• Track competitor intelligence and deliver insights into competitive landscape

• Develop and implement Omni-channel campaign

Requirement:

• At least 2 years of working experience of PM/SPM positions in the biotech or MNC.

• Experience in Endocrine or Rare Disease area is preferred.
• Fluent English in oral and writing is preferred.
• Experience in Omni-channel is preferred.
• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Experience in innovation program is preferred.
• Medical / science background is preferred
• Languages:Writing, Oral proficiency in English
