• Reports To: Service Line Lead

• Take ownership of the overall quality of data and samples used in the Retail or Consumer audit.
• Collaborate closely with production and field teams to keep raising the quality standard of Ipsos retail and consumer audit products.
• Make sure KPIs are generated, communicated, and monitored across every area of the retail and consumer audit products.
• Demonstrate an understanding of the market dynamics that can influence the results of a retail audit, and be able to read and interpret data trends.
• Build presentations for internal audiences and, where relevant, external ones.
• Estimate universes for current and upcoming retail audit countries, drawing on both internal and external data sources.
