• Role: Head of Quality Control / Data Forensics
• Location: Lagos, Nigeria
• Contract Type: Full-Time
• Reports To: Operations Director

• Plan and monitor resources by overseeing the assignment and distribution of jobs.
• Offer technical assistance to the DFM, QCM, QCE, SQCE, DME, and SDME throughout every stage of the project cycle.
• Provide technical and administrative backing to the Operations Director across the full project execution timeline, including scheduling staff leave, rationalising costs and budgets, approving budgets, and reconciling expenses.
• Own compliance and sign-off for all operating procedures and processes related to data cleaning and validation (such as ISO and IGQS) within Quality Control.
• Carry out performance appraisals for the data validation team and drive career development programmes and plans for the Quality Control team.

• A B.Sc degree is required.
• Professional certifications in data management and analytics are an added advantage.
• More than 7 years of experience in data forensics and quality control, gained both in the field and in an office setting.
• At least 4 years of experience in a QC supervisory position.
• Experience working with analytical tools such as Excel, SPSS, and other relevant data tools.
