Обязанности:
  • Поддержка локальных сетей, серверов (3 сервера)
  • Настройки доступа пользователям
  • Поддержка серверов 1С, складских программ
  • Настройка офисной техники

  • Поддержка пользователей (100 рабочих мест)

  • Сборка рабочих станций, полная аппаратная и программная настройка компьютеров

  • Удаленное обслуживание ОС и диагностика ПО, железа
  • Диагностика и устранение проблем в ЛВС на физическом и логическом уровне
Требования:

  • Понимание принципов работы с запросами пользователей

  • Хорошее знание ОС Windows и другого офисного ПО на уровне продвинутого пользователя

  • Знание комплектующих ПК и офисного оборудования

  • Понимание устройства сетевой инфраструктуры
