  • Ensure revenue recognition policies are documented and consistently applied across all entities

Working Capital & AR

  • Support on regional AR queries, disputes and collections strategy
  • Review the aged debtor position and provide input on regional collections approach
  • Liaise across the finance team on AR activity and aged debtor management

Team Leadership & Development

  • Act as functional lead for the regional Accountant, supporting their close work, compliance activity and professional development
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships with commercial, legal and operational stakeholders
  • Support the development of the wider regional finance team and contribute to a high-performance finance culture

Skills & Experience

Essential

  • Qualified accountant - ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
  • Strong working knowledge of IFRS and applicable local accounting standards
  • Experience managing statutory and regulatory compliance across multiple entities
  • Strong balance sheet reconciliation skills and a control-first mindset
  • ERP experience - NetSuite, Oracle, SAP or similar
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively across time zones and with remote teams
  • High attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach to close processes

Desirable

  • Revenue recognition experience in a software or SaaS environment (IFRS 15)
