About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Expert Marketing Assistant Manager to support the development and execution of healthcare professional (HCP) engagement strategies across assigned markets. This role will play a critical part in driving customer-centric marketing initiatives, strengthening expert advocacy, enhancing field force effectiveness, and delivering impactful omnichannel engagement programs.

Working closely with Brand, Sales, Medical, Commercial Excellence, and Field Force teams, the successful candidate will help translate strategic objectives into high-quality field execution, contributing to recommendation growth and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Expert Strategy & Healthcare Professional Engagement

  • Support the development and implementation of HCP engagement strategies.
  • Develop and execute expert activation plans aligned with brand objectives.
  • Identify, map, and prioritize key healthcare professionals and influencers.
  • Coordinate scientific meetings, speaker programs, Lunch & Learn sessions, webinars, and expert engagement activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals to strengthen advocacy and recommendations.

Field Force Excellence

  • Partner with Field Force Leaders to ensure effective execution of detailing plans.
  • Support coaching, capability development, and field accompaniment activities.
  • Monitor field performance metrics and recommend productivity improvements.
  • Promote best practices and execution excellence across markets.

Marketing Execution

  • Develop expert-focused promotional materials and engagement tools.
  • Support campaign planning and deployment across multiple channels.
  • Ensure marketing materials remain relevant, compliant, and customer-focused.
  • Localize marketing initiatives to address market-specific needs.

Customer Insights & Analytics

  • Analyze customer feedback, field call data, recommendation trends, and market intelligence.
  • Generate actionable insights to optimize engagement strategies.
  • Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements.
  • Track KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Stakeholder & Budget Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Support budget management and expense tracking.
  • Ensure all activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • MBA or postgraduate qualification will be advantageous.

Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, or FMCG marketing.
  • Experience working with healthcare professional engagement programs.
  • Experience supporting multi-country projects is preferred.
  • Understanding of field force operations and customer engagement strategies.
