Internal Account Manager
We’re Hiring: Telesales Account Manager - FMCG Industry - Bournemouth
Are you a confident communicator with a passion for sales and building relationships?

What you’ll do:
Sell and promote over-the-counter products to pharmacies at agreed prices and deal levels
Achieve daily call rates, orders, and value targets while following our proven telesales model
Drive growth across your territory by brand and develop new business opportunities
Support clients during sales drives and create promotional materials to boost success
Manage your own territory, plan calls effectively, and maintain high standards
Use our CRM system to track performance and react to trends
What we’re looking for:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in telephone account management in a target-driven environment
FMCG experience is desirable
Strong CRM skills for loading results and running reports
Excellent communication and planning skills
A good standard of education, including Maths and English
