IQVIA is seeking a passionate and experienced Nurse Program / Project Manager to join our team in a permanent capacity. This is a unique opportunity to lead innovative patient and clinical support programs within a global healthcare powerhouse, making a lasting impact on patient outcomes and service delivery.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
You’ll take charge of the strategic and operational management of assigned programs - overseeing documentation, team performance, client relationships, and the development of new initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines, deliverables, and milestones
- Generate and present financial and status reports to stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners
- Oversee budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting
- Mentor Program Coordinators and foster team development
- Support proposal creation and client presentations
- Drive continuous improvement across programs
- Maintain internal databases and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with IQVIA standards and project KPIs
What You Bring to the Role
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments
- Strong understanding of health services and national clinical systems
- Proven ability to manage complex workloads independently
- Clinical expertise in relevant disease areas
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
