Entry-level professional individual contributor who works under close supervision.

Essential Functions

• Works with Start Up lead to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines.
• Builds, documents and maintains new and existing customer-centric business critical solutions.
• Understands business requirements and creates test cases based on Scenarios identified
• Executes Test cases as per agreed timelines
• Ensures quality control during implementation and execution of the validation plans.
• Builds Site and Subject facing documentation and training materials for the implemented solutions.
• Trains internal stakeholders on the implemented solutions, as required
• Contributes towards building implementation and integrations best practices and the knowledge base.
• Collaborates with the product development team to help improve and expand core platform functionality.
• Has working knowledge of support processes and working in production environment.
• Works with engineering and project management teams to identify key project milestones and implementation timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience working with external customers to gather technical requirements Pref
• Working knowledge of software development processes and methodologies Req
• Knowledge of the clinical trial / pharmaceutical domain Pref
• Powerful work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction Intermediate
• Strong customer facing and presentation skills Intermediate
• Process documentation skills Intermediate
• Validation documentation and execution skills Intermediate
• Technical troubleshooting and documentation skills Intermediate
