Your focus will be on portfolio orchestration, people leadership, and outcome accountability, ensuring the AIM team delivers integrated, scalable, and commercially valuable products across IQVIA and IQVIA Digital.

  • Modern Data Platforms: Champion the modernization of data pipelines and delivery infrastructure and the application of GenAI and automation to accelerate insight generation.
  • Governance & Documentation: Establish clear data governance, access rules, and documentation standards in partnership with the data management organization, instilling a product-led culture of knowledge management that protects scale as the team grows.

Cross-Functional & Commercial Impact

  • Break Down Silos: Align product teams around unified goals and foster collaboration among Product Managers, Product Owners, engineering, and data management.
  • Enterprise Partnership: Build partnerships across the broader enterprise to make AIM a strategic asset used widely across the organization.
  • Business Case & Investment: Build and defend business cases and investment (including CAPEX) for portfolio initiatives, owning a portfolio-level view of cost-to-value.
  • Risk, Privacy & Compliance: Ensure sensitive HCP data is handled to consent, privacy, and regulatory standards across the portfolio.
  • Revenue, Adoption & Metrics: Support revenue growth and adoption, owning the success-metrics and instrumentation framework that connects product decisions to measurable commercial outcomes with our sales team and digital partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8+ years in Product Management, including experience leading multiple workstreams or a portfolio, ideally in data, identity or healthcare/HCP-focused products.
