Job Overview
Support Project Managers, Directors and employees within the allocated customer managed projects in order to strengthen the employee relationship with IQVIA and increase motivation and retention through collaboration with Project Managers/Directors, Team Coordinators and other departments where appropriate.
Essential Functions
- Works collaboratively across the Team Coordinator function and understands how the function contributes to the Commercial business.
- Is the first point of contact for all queries relating to the project, handles and addresses issues where appropriate, or else directing queries to the most appropriate contact.
- Follows processes and procedures (new employee, leaver, transfer) and works with departments (HR, Fleet, Resourcing, HR-PSC, Amex, BT, etc.) to ensure effective team administration. Ensures that systems are updated accordingly.
- Track levels of absences, identifies sickness trends within the project and highlights cost implications, as appropriate.
- Facilitates production and documentation of presentations and organizes team/customer meetings and finalizes minutes in collaboration with Project Director
- Supports month-end administration, ensuring daily rates are allocated to field teams along with relevant time sheet, accurately collates information in connection with the Rolling Forecast, within project deadlines. Conducts financial tracking for project revenue recognition and liaises with Management Accounts.
- Undertakes diary management of Project Director

Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
