Project & Talent Support Manager

We are looking for an extra colleague to strengthen our team

The mission

As IQVIA Talent & Support Manager, you will play an important role in being the liaison between our IQVIA field force colleagues, internal colleagues, and our clients.

You will be the point of contact for IQVIA colleagues working as Medical or Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, this in different client projects.

Besides that, you will take the lead in the development of some internal projects and you will oversee some administrative processes.

Finally, you will drive the use of specific internal tools.

• HR Account Management for contractors on IQVIA payroll - mainly Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales Reps
  • Guarantee a good follow up of contractors working on IQVIA payroll and be their first point of contact. This for HR, performance & operational questions.
  • To guarantee the above, you work closely together with internal stakeholders in HR, Project Management and project Support.
  • Regular follow up/performance meetings with field force colleagues. This by formal evaluations moments and more informal feedback touch points.
  • Keep data & analyses on outliners, absences etc. and take actions if needed in consultation with the Project Manager
  • Follow up on exit procedures & off-boarding

• Support the Project Management Team and Staffing
  • Search for appropriate trainings and formations for field force colleagues if needed.
  • Coach/train candidates for interviews at Client-side
  • Propose process optimalisation if needed
  • Be the lead in organizing some (recurrent) meetings with the field force colleagues on different topics & collect and analyze feedback.

• Drive the use of IQVIA tools & be the Point of Contact in case of issues/questions
• Take ownership in specific projects
• Keep an overview on certain administrative processes and guarantee the correct follow-up

Profile

Education & experience

• Experience as Medical and/or Pharmaceutical Representative and knowledge of Life Sciences is highly likely. Can also be similar by experience; this for example by experience as Recruiter for Pharma sales profiles or Talent Manager experience within healthcare.
• A (Para)Medical background is an absolute plus
• A Nursing degree is a plus for this role, but not a ‘must have’
• Good command in Dutch/French or French/Dutch with a good command in English is an absoluterequirement
• Valid driver’s license
