Psychometric Properties Data Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

The Psychometric Properties Data Integrity Analyst supports the maintenance and quality of psychometric evidence within the COA Accelerator (COAA) platform. The role involves reviewing scientific literature, extracting psychometric data, creating and updating records, and performing quality control activities to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and review publications containing psychometric evidence related to Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs).

• Extract and enter psychometric data into the COAA platform following established work instructions.

• Create, update, and maintain psychometric properties records.

• Perform quality control checks to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and traceability.

• Support ongoing maintenance activities for client subscriptions and internal initiatives.

• Collaborate with COAA content teams and subject matter experts to resolve data issues and improve data quality.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Life Sciences, Public Health, Health Outcomes Research, or a related field.

• Experience reviewing scientific literature and working with structured data.

• English fluency (this role is part of a global team)

• Knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), psychometrics, or outcomes research is mandatory.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent data quality and ability to interpret scientific publications.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data management tools.

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
