Sales Operations Analyst - Incentive Compensation
Job Overview
Responsible for the administration of Sales Incentive Compensation plans for a portion of the US Go-To-Market teams including data compilation, crediting rule application, payout calculations, and management review under direction of IC Manager or Associate Director
Essential Functions
- Compile Incentive Compensation datasets from IQVIA revenue or CRM systems
- Apply crediting rules
- Upload credited datasets to Sales Performance Management software (Varicent)
- Review achievement and payout results with SIP participants and managers
- Manage exception requests
- Ensure eligible participants are on sales incentive plan (i.e. new hires)
- Participate in the annual Incentive Compensation Governance program (plan development and target setting)
- Support special sales programs and contests as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Strong Excel skills
- Strong communication skills (phone, teams, and email)
- Experience working directly with sales leaders and IC Participants a plus
- Experience with Sales Performance Management software (specifically Varicent) a plus

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $41,600.00 - $103,900.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
