Senior Full Stack Engineer
Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer with 4+ years of experience in full-stack application development. Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-quality web applications across frontend and backend platforms. Requires strong expertise in ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, API development, and database technologies. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions that support a modern ecosystem of web, Android, and iOS applications. Analyzes user requirements and contributes to technical solutions with minimal supervision.
Essential Functions:
Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications using ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
Build reusable components, services, and libraries to support scalable application development.
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services consumed by web and mobile applications.
Design, optimize, and maintain database solutions using SQL and PostgreSQL.
Collaborate with Product, UX, Mobile, and Engineering teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement responsive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues across frontend and backend systems.
Develop and maintain automated unit, integration, and functional tests to ensure application quality, reliability, and maintainability.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and design reviews to promote engineering best practices.
Support and lead small to medium complexity projects and system components.
Provide peer support and assist in onboarding and mentoring junior engineers.
Work within Agile development processes, including sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives.
Document development processes, technical designs, and implementation decisions.
Implement security, performance, observability, and data protection best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
4+ years of software development experience with full-stack web applications.
Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS, Java, and Spring Boot.
Experience designing and developing REST APIs and microservices.
Strong experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
Experience with Git and modern version control practices.
Strong understanding of frontend architecture, component-based design, and state management.
Strong understanding of backend architecture, software design principles, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Python or Scala.
Exposure to Snowflake or modern data engineering platforms.
Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or containerized application development.
Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
Experience implementing authentication and authorization solutions using OAuth, JWT, SSO, or similar technologies.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools.
