  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor by applying consultative problem-solving and solution-selling techniques.
  • Identify emerging industry trends and client needs, partnering with Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and geographic leaders to develop innovative and commercially viable offerings.
  • Play a key role in account planning and growth strategies in partnership with the IQVIA sales team.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of client organizations, business priorities, and senior stakeholder relationships.
  • Stay current on industry, client, and competitive trends to anticipate future business opportunities and challenges.
  • Enhance the visibility and reputation of IQVIA through conference participation, speaking engagements, publications, and client-facing activities.
  • Continuously strengthen subject matter expertise through ongoing learning, industry engagement, and professional development.
  • Mentor and coach colleagues, sharing expertise and best practices to support the delivery of world-class client solutions.

Requirements

  • Deep subject matter expertise in the ClinRO, CNS, Psychiatry, and Rater Training/Monitoring space.
  • Established and long-standing relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and clinical research clients in these therapeutic areas.
  • Demonstrated expertise within a Center of Excellence (CoE), with the ability to connect and collaborate across multiple specialty areas.

  • Strong understanding of industry associations, key opinion leaders, and market dynamics.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, planning, and change management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, networking, and influencing skills.
  • High levels of energy, initiative, and enthusiasm, with a collaborative approach and commitment to knowledge sharing.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex priorities and stakeholder relationships simultaneously.
