Task

Planning, implementing, and executing testing activities including functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing with focus on lease administration, property accounting, financial reportingOverseeing test execution and ensuring software meets client requirementsIdentifying, documenting, and tracking defects related to real estate-specific functionalities with timely resolution collaborationAnalyzing business requirements and user stories from testing perspective recognizing product risks and ensuring comprehensive test coverageProposing refinements to user stories and suggesting additional test casesMaintaining continuous collaboration with development team and product ownersReproducing and troubleshooting defects with detailed bug reportsEnsuring all resolved bugs and new functionalities are fully tested and smoothly integrated into overall systemPreparing comprehensive test reports and documentation tracking progress and highlighting key findingsContributing to continuous improvement initiatives sharing insights on system usability, quality, and testing best practicesActive participation in design, implementation and development of test automation frameworks

Expectation

Proven experience as a Manual Tester, Quality Assurance (QA) Tester, or similar roleSpecific experience in testing Real Estate Management Systems or ERP related software solutionsFluent English with strong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with testing tools and issue-tracking systems like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar platformsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience

Other

Familiarity with basic SQL for testing database queries related to property and tenant dataExperience with cross-platform testing (web and mobile)Excellent communication skills to document and communicate test results effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong attention to detail with ability to spot issues within complex real estate-specific workflowsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for issues in real estate management processes
