- AMC Building Metal Products Manufacturing LLC is a leading full-service manufacturer and contractor specializing in architectural aluminum and glass solutions. Based in Dubai, we deliver innovative, high-quality products to the building industry. Our portfolio includes curtain walls, skylights, doors and windows, partitions, frameless and spider systems, and architectural cladding, offering clients flexibility and creativity in realizing their architectural vision.
- The ideal candidate will assist in managing project costs, analyzing budgets, and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources across engineering and construction projects.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Experience in Budgeting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed project budgets, cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment, and provide accurate monthly forecasts.
Expertise in Cost Monitoring & Analysis: Track project expenditures against budgets, identify variances, and implement corrective actions.
Familiar with Change Management: Review and manage project scope changes, variations, and change orders to ensure budgets remain aligned.
Knowledge of Reporting: Prepare comprehensive cost-control reports and project updates for management review.
Have exposure with Contractual & Financial Control: Review vendor invoices and subcontractor claim to ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Collaborate with project managers, procurement, and finance teams to optimize project profitability.
Qualification & Proficiency:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in cost control, estimation, and forecasting, preferably in construction or engineering industries.
Proficient in cost-tracking software (e.g., MS Excel, ERP systems); familiarity with Odoo & Xpedeon is a significant advantage
Strong numerical aptitude with the ability to identify financial risks and cost-saving opportunities.
