ポジション概要
シスコのマーケティングチームにおいて、イベントの運営・現地サポートを担うポジションです。マーケティングチームのメンバーが企画・設計したイベントを、一緒に実施・運営していただきます。東京および地方都市で開催される既存顧客向けセミナーを通じて、営業部門と連携しながらシスコのビジネスを支えていただきます。
勤務地
シスコ東京オフィスを中心としたハイブリッドワーク（東京および地方都市への出張あり）
業務内容
マーケティングチームが主催するイベントの準備から実施後のフォローまでをサポートします。
イベントの種類（例）
- 既存顧客向けセミナー（数十名〜100名程度）
- 他社主催イベント（展示会など）への出展サポート
- 自社主催ウェビナー
イベント前
- 会場の手配・調整
- 招待状・案内メールの作成・送付
- 参加登録フォームの作成・管理
- アンケートの作成
- 営業部門と連携した招待者リストの作成
イベント当日
- 会場設営・レイアウト確認
- 受付・参加者対応
- 登壇者のサポート
イベント後
- アンケートの集計・分析
- 参加者へのフォローメール送付
- 社内向けレポートの作成

必須条件
- 特定のスキルや経験は問いません。
歓迎条件
- イベントの企画・運営・実施に関する経験
- Outlook、Webex等の一般的なPCスキル
