岗位职责：
1、负责unity游戏系统功能开发和核心玩法开发
2、负责协助策划、美术制定完善的实现方案
3、负责相应模块的性能、质量、以及稳定性
4、实现3D模型、动画和场景的交互逻辑，确保产品具有良好的用户体验

职位要求：
1、具备全日制统招本科及以上学历，专业要求为计算机/软件工程相关专业
2、具备良好的逻辑思维能力，适应快节奏开发环境，责任心强
3、具有3年及以上游戏开发经验，2年及以上Unity开发经验
4、扎实的3D数学、图形、数据结构、算法基础
5、熟悉掌握Unity3D开发引擎，熟练使用C#语言，有良好的编码规范
6、熟悉Unity资源管理及性能优化
7、熟悉Unity URP渲染管线
8、良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力
9、熟悉orleans框架或php
10、有SLG游戏项目经验
