Hourly Compensation: $26.00 - $27.00 USD per hr(DOE)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Location: This amazing opportunity is located in the North Houston Kingwood, TX area. Free employee parking is also provided.
Responsibilities
The Workplace Services Technical PC Hardware/Asset Specialistposition will perform various computer technical tasks, including shipping & receiving, office operations duties, and heavy lifting. Additional responsibilities include:
- Maintain oversight and accountability of assets ensuring customer needs are met regarding on-time delivery of services & quality of work
- Conduct and maintain an accurate inventory checklist of equipment assets
- Daily upkeep operational storage room/warehouse ensuring it is cleaned and organized at all times
- Monitor and control authorized access for individuals entering operational storeage room/warehouse area
- Place supply order requests to replenish assets and consumables inventory for storage room/warehouse area
- Maintain excellent & efficient written and oral communications with clients and management, ensuring prompt responses & follow-ups on all communications
- Verify receipt of all controlled shipments & assets and ensure they meet required specifications and purchase order requests
Qualifications
The Workplace Services Technical PC Hardware/Asset Specialist position must be detailed oriented and process driven with a background & focus in computer technology, customer service, willing to train and be ready to grow in their professional career. Additional qualifications include:
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum 2 - 3 years' experience performing similiar equipment fixed asset duties
- Detailed oriented and professional demeanor
- Must have ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and work independently
- Excelllent attendance and punctuality
- Proficient in PC/computer knowledge and software
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
