工作內容

1. 負責產品導入與系統整合，能針對客戶應用情境進行方案規劃與技術評估，確保系統穩定運作

2. 提供現場與遠端技術支援，協助客戶進行問題診斷、故障排除與改善建議，縮短問題處理時間

3. 與研發、業務及品保團隊協作，回饋客戶需求與產品問題，協助優化產品功能與可靠度

4. 撰寫與維護技術文件與測試報告，包含測試計畫、驗證結果與操作說明，以利內外部人員參考

5. 熟悉量測儀器與測試工具操作，具備系統除錯、效能分析與持續優化的能力，提升整體解決方案品質

條件要求

1. 電子、電機、資訊工程或相關理工科系，大學以上學歷

2. 2年以上系統整合、FAE或測試工程師相關實務經驗

3. 具硬體電路與嵌入式系統基礎，能閱讀電子原理圖與規格書

4. 具良好溝通協調能力，可跨部門合作並提供客戶技術支援

5. 可配合客戶需求出差與現場支援，具問題分析與獨立解決能力

薪資：月薪 TWD 30000 ~ 60000
