工作內容

1. 依生產計畫與工單需求，負責生產物料準備、配料與發料作業，確保物料供應準時且數量/批號正確，降低停線風險

2. 執行生產設備與治工具之資產盤點、帳務維護與標識管理，追蹤設備使用狀態與保管責任，確保資產帳實相符

3. 負責治工具及耗材之需求彙整、請購申請與到貨接收，並進行入庫登錄與發放管理，確保生產所需治工具充足且可追溯

4. 協助電子材料倉庫日常運作，包括收料、入庫、出庫、盤點與庫存水位控管，運用系統或表單維持正確帳務及批號管理

5. 具備跨部門協調與問題追蹤能力，能與生產、品保、採購等單位合作，針對物料短缺、異常及設備資產相關問題進行即時溝通與改善

條件要求

1. 具製造支援或生產現場相關工作經驗，熟悉製造流程與基本品質觀念

2. 具設備資產盤點實務經驗，能建立與維護設備/治工具台帳，定期執行盤點與異常追蹤

3. 具依工單發放生產材料之實務操作經驗，能依BOM與工單需求準確配料、發料與回收管控

4. 具治工具請購與接收管理經驗，包含需求彙整、請購申請、到貨驗收與帳務登錄

5. 具電子材料倉庫管理經驗，含庫存帳務管理、先進先出(FIFO)或先到期先出(FEFO)控管、呆滯料追蹤與盤點作業

薪資：月薪 TWD 30000 ~ 60000
