ERP Developer (Python) / Lead Odoo Developer

IT Camp's partner is a global Network Service Provider delivering high-performance connectivity and telecom services across Europe and Asia with a resilient backbone network and advanced infrastructure.
To support the growth of their business we are searching for a ERP Developer to join the team.
You will:

• Participate in ERP system (Odoo) implementation and development.
• Coordinate and manage development delivered by an external partner.
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks, reviewing code quality, and ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements:

• Strong Python development experience.
• Good understanding of Git/GitLab workflows and CI/CD.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and REST API integrations.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted software development tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) as part of the development workflow, with the ability to critically review, validate, and take ownership of AI-generated code.
• Knowledge of JavaScript (for customizing the Odoo interface / OWL framework).

Preferred:

• Experience with Odoo ERP development.
• Experience working with open-source projects and communities.
