Technical Leader / Architekt systemowy

Miejsce świadczenia usług: praca hybrydowa (minimum 3 dni w tygodniu z biura w Warszawie),

Termin realizacji: od 01.11.2026 do 31.03.2028, z możliwością przedłużenia

Zakres prac:

  • Projektowanie od podstaw nowego systemu zgłaszania szkód i dokumentowanie architektury
  • Budowa systemu w rozproszonej architekturze mikrousługowej z wykorzystaniem agentic coding
  • Udział w analizach wykonalności i założeniach realizacyjnych
  • Wyznaczanie kierunku rozwoju systemu, dbanie o standardy technologiczne i jakość kodu
  • Szacowanie pracochłonności prac developerskich i architektonicznych oraz potrzebnych zasobów
  • Przydzielanie zadań, nadzór nad implementacją, code review, dokumentacja techniczna
  • Zapewnienie wymagań eksploatacyjnych i bezpieczeństwa rozwiązań
  • Wsparcie programistyczne na etapie developmentu, wdrożenia i stabilizacji

Wymagania:

  • Min. 5 lat doświadczenia w projektowaniu i nadzorze architektury systemów
  • Min. 2 lata doświadczenia w domenie ubezpieczeniowej (najlepiej obszar szkód)
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość Java i Spring
  • Doświadczenie w budowie skalowalnych, bezpiecznych i odpornych na awarie architektur rozproszonych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość wzorców architektonicznych i praktyk integracyjnych
  • Praktyczna znajomość DDD i Event-Driven Architecture
  • Praktyczna znajomość API governance
  • Doświadczenie w observability end-to-end
  • Doświadczenie z chmurą i automatyzacją infrastruktury (Infrastructure as Code)
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia code review, mentoringu i warsztatów architektonicznych
  • Współtworzenie roadmap technologicznych i ocena ryzyk
  • Język angielski min. B2

  • Doświadczenie z Agentic SDLC
  • Doświadczenie w strategiach multi-cloud
  • Świadomość kosztów chmury (FinOps)
  • Udział w definiowaniu standardów technologicznych w organizacji
