Our client, a B2B iGaming provider, is looking for a Russian-speaking Account Manager to join their commercial team on a remote basis.
This role will be responsible for managing a large portfolio of smaller clients, maintaining strong day-to-day relationships and ensuring they receive a high level of service and support.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. Previous experience within the iGaming industry is important, together with fluent Russian and strong English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of small and medium-sized iGaming clients.
Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling day-to-day communication, requests and commercial discussions.
Build strong relationships and maintain regular contact across a relatively large number of accounts.
Understand each client's business, markets and requirements to identify opportunities for further growth.
Drive account performance through upselling, cross-selling and increased product adoption.
Monitor client activity and performance, identifying potential issues or opportunities at an early stage.
Coordinate internally with technical, product, operations and other relevant teams to resolve client requests efficiently.
Support clients with product updates, new releases, promotions and other commercial initiatives.
Maintain accurate account information and keep CRM records up to date.
Ensure client issues are followed through to resolution and maintain a consistently high standard of service.
Provide regular updates and reporting on account activity, performance and commercial opportunities.
Requirements
Previous experience in Account Management, Client Success or a similar client-facing role within the iGaming industry.
Fluent Russian is essential.
Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
Experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, ideally within a B2B environment.
Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively across a busy client portfolio.
Proactive and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
Good understanding of the iGaming ecosystem and how B2B providers work with online gaming operators.
Must be based in Europe and able to work on a contractor basis.
